Overview
Edna McLain represented an equipment manufacturer in asbestos personal injury and product liability cases for 11 years. During this time, she managed and prepared the company’s written discovery responses, which were used nationwide. Additionally, she prepared and presented the company’s corporate representative for deposition. Edna provided advice on litigation strategy across multiple cases and jurisdictions, guided defense and resolution strategy, retained experts for trial, and represented the manufacturer in contested proceedings and trial, as needed.
