Obtained a Favorable Settlement for a Traumatic Brain Injury Following a Motor Vehicle Accident

Amundsen Davis obtained a favorable million dollar settlement for a traumatic brain injury following a motor vehicle accident between a semi and passenger vehicle. Following the accident, investigation efforts revealed that the insured driver was traveling 75 mph, with his cruise control on, and did so during severe rain that caused flooding on the roadway.  The insured semi hydroplaned, jack knifed, and went into the ditch, colliding with the claimant’s stalled vehicle.
