Amundsen Davis's Wisconsin professional liability team obtained a dismissal of the original complaint, amended complaint, and second amended complaint on behalf of a life insurance agent in a professional liability lawsuit pending in McHenry County, Illinois which alleged breach of contract, negligence, and breach of fiduciary duty. The plaintiffs thereafter chose not to pursue the suit further.
