Overview
Amundsen Davis represented a national auto parts store in a property damage lawsuit. After interviewing witnesses and store employees, we were able to establish at a court-ordered mediation that Plaintiff’s case theory was unlikely. As such, we were able to secure an advantageous settlement in order to dismiss the case without incurring unnecessary costs for the client.
