Overview
Amundsen Davis represented a subcontractor that had been hired as an excavator on a commercial development. When the subcontractor was not paid, Amundsen Davis sued to foreclose on the subcontractor’s mechanics lien. The owner successfully had the case dismissed at the trial court level, but Amundsen Davis appealed the dismissal and obtained a reversal of the trial court’s order with the case being remanded to continue to trial. Thereafter, we successfully settled the case for the benefit of the subcontractor.
