Represented the General Contractor in a Transaction for the Construction Contracts for the Completion of a Portion of the Obama Presidential Center

The firm prepared and negotiated the construction contracts for the completion of a portion of the Obama Presidential Center in historic Jackson Park on the South Side of Chicago. We represented the general contractor in the transaction, and prepared and negotiated the upstream contract documents with the owner and the downstream subcontracts with all subcontractors, pursuant to ensuring a successful construction phase of the project.
