Overview
The firm prepared and negotiated the construction contracts for a luxury, mid-rise development including 32 units in Chicago’s West Loop. We represented the general contractor in the transaction, and prepared and negotiated the upstream contract documents with the owner and the downstream subcontracts with all subcontractors, pursuant to ensuring a successful construction phase of the project.
