Madalyn Kinsey represented the purchaser of a large pharmacy store chain in a 1031 tax exchange in both the purchase and later the refinancing of the existing loan to a 10-year term. The tenant moved out shortly after the property was acquired by our client, and left the property vacant. Madalyn’s assistance included not only with representing the client with financing terms and documentation, but also with finding a replacement lender to provide the refinancing.
