Successfully Defended a Building Management Company Against a Personal Injury Claim Following a Slip and Fall Incident

Amundsen Davis successfully defended a building management company in the Chicagoland area against a personal injury claim following a slip and fall incident.  We deposed necessary witnesses and were able to argue that no duty was owed to the plaintiff and therefore there could be no recovery. The court agreed and granted the motion for summary judgment in favor of our defendant.
