Successfully defended our client against declaratory judgment, breach of contract, and specific performance claims in a commercial real estate matter. In the 41 page written ruling, the judge largely recited our closing brief for the pertinent facts and ultimately ruled in our client’s favor on every aspect of the case. Because the judge agreed with our arguments that no contract existed to form the basis of third party plaintiff’s claims, the third party plaintiffs were denied the multi-million dollar judgment they were seeking from our client.
