Moses Suarez Sworn in as First Latino president of the Lesbian and Gay Bar Association of Chicago

SA’s Moses Suarez has been elected the first Latino president of the Lesbian and Gay Bar Association of Chicago (LAGBAC). His term commenced on October 1, 2018. Moses has served as vice president of LAGBAC since 2015 and on its board of directors since 2010. He is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office where he concentrates his practice in medical malpractice litigation and health care compliance. 

On January 24 over a hundred lawyers, judges and friends of LAGBAC gathered at a reception at LondonHouse Chicago hosted by the firm for his installation. I became a lawyer to serve and represent those in need of a zealous advocate,” said Moses. “As a Latino gay man I am proud to be able to give voice to our LGBTQ community, especially in our current political climate. It is an honor and privilege to be leading such an active and energized organization.
