Attorney Elizabeth Lum joins Amundsen Davis’s Real Estate Practice Group in St. Louis, where she focuses her practice in the areas of: commercial contracts, zoning and land development, financing and entitlements.
Elizabeth provides transactional services for both residential and commercial real estate matters including: sales, purchases, financing and leases. Elizabeth knows that St. Louis has unique opportunities for investment, development and growth; some of her favorite clients are those that are dedicated to using these existing spaces.
Elizabeth graduated top of her class at the Saint Louis University School of Law, and as a former teacher, continues to serve on the PTA at the local grade school.
