Overview
Attorney Suzannah Wilson Overholt joins Amundsen Davis’s Health Care Practice Group in Indianapolis. Suzannah represents health care providers in licensing, regulatory, and employment matters, commercial and corporate transactions, and nonprofit corporate governance.
In her career that now spans more than 20 years, she has gained a wide variety of experience, including negotiating mergers of health care organizations and government entities, shepherding clients through the licensure process, defending clients in multiple jury trials, and advising clients on employment related matters. Prior to joining the firm she served as chief operating officer and general counsel to a large nonprofit women’s health care provider.
