Michael Barnes, Transportation & Logistic, Chicago, IL

Mike represents clients from their initial claim investigation through a case’s final resolution against allegations of negligence, statutory and regulatory violations, and related contractual and insurance issues. He represents clients of all sizes from a wide variety of industries, including transportation companies, construction contractors, retailers, and product manufacturers.

Danielle Snyder Fadel, Corporate, Milwaukee, WI

Danielle advises companies and business owners on a variety of complex legal and business matters, including business formation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries.
