As a former Human Resources supervisor, Peter understands the challenges his clients face. He defends employers against claims of discrimination and retaliation under the state and federal laws, including the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, IHRA, and Title VII. He represents clients in all phases of state, federal and administrative agency litigation and government hearings. He works with employers of all sizes in many different industries, including security, construction, health care and nonprofit.
Kim Herring, Construction, Chicago, IL
On behalf of commercial clients, Kim handles a variety of matters including breach of contract, fraud, breach of warranty, civil conspiracy, and constitutional violations. Kim also defends a wide variety of construction clients in matters involving mechanics liens, construction defects and title disputes.
Ryan Spott, Corporate, Milwaukee, WI
Ryan carefully and strategically advises his clients on a wide range of corporate business matters, including commercial business transactions, commercial contracts, business formations, acquiring, developing, leasing and selling residential and commercial real estate property, and land use and zoning matters.
