Overview
We are excited to announce that Chris Congeni has joined our Business Litigation Service Group. Chris has spent the past decade developing a national healthcare, employment, and business litigation practice. While he represents clients nationally, Chris maintains the firm's Cleveland presence.
Chris assists many multi-district litigation clients with complex litigation across the country. He has and continues to represent and assist health systems, physician groups and individual providers in their ongoing employment issues and concerns. Chris enjoys speaking to physician groups and hospitals regarding corporate governance and employment risk mitigation. He also represents physicians and providers before the Ohio Medical Board and other Ohio Administrative Agencies.
Chris also serves as outside general counsel to numerous small and midsized Midwestern companies assisting them in their employment and business litigation needs. Many of Chris’s clients have been partnered with him for many years and view him not only as their attorney, but as their partner in arriving at practical solutions for their business.
