We are happy to welcome Margaret A. Miles to the Labor, Employment, Benefits & Immigration Service Group in our Chicago office.
Maggie advises employers on performance and discipline issues, as well as leave and accommodations policies. She also helps navigate the many laws that impact employers managing employees in multiple states. Her clients work in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, hospitality and retail.
Maggie assists small and family-owned businesses in developing and implementing workplace policies. She offers advice and counsel on employment issues and conducts trainings on harassment, discrimination, accommodations and leave policies.
