Effective January 1, 2023, Amundsen Davis partner, Mike Cortina, has been appointed a member of the Illinois Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness, Second District. At a Term of the Supreme Court held in Springfield on Monday, January 9, 2023 the Committee was proposed and the Order was entered on January 27, 2023.
As co-chair of the firm’s Banking & Finance Services Group, Mike oversees a team providing financial institutions with advice and representation on transactional and litigation matters throughout the firm.
Mike and the Committee have the important task of evaluating the moral character and general fitness of those applying to practice law.
