Overview
The Latitude N38 project in Wildwood Town Center continues to be in limbo, as Cathy Lenny’s article, “Latitude N38 project in Wildwood Town Center awaits decision” in West Newsmagazine. TB Realty and Benton Homes have proposed a plan for 57 attached and detached single-family dwellings at the corner of Eatherton Road and Crestview Drive. The plan was originally proposed in 2018 to the city, but has gone through updates since then to meet requested changes. Brad Goss, who represents Latitude N38 notes that the new plan meets the requirements and guidelines of the Neighborhood General District and is quoted, saying, “It's a whole different paradigm consistent with new urbanism that would be adopted that would create mixed-use communities and the design should favor pedestrian-friendly and other modes of transportation access." Despite this, the proposal still faces opposition from residents, and will require review.
