The United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) recently charged Binance and its founder, Changpeng Zhao, with a variety of securities law violations. In the case, a federal court ordered BAM Trading Services Inc. and BAM Management US Holdings Inc. (collectively “BAM”) to produce a verified written statement and serve the SEC on or before August 1, 2023.
