Molly Arranz, co-chair of the firm’s Data, Privacy, Security & Litigation Practice Group, was recently quoted in the Chicago Lawyer. The article discusses the relatively new insurance being offered to businesses at risk for data breaches. Molly weighs in on the new type of policy, saying, “This is an area that has been expanding and will continue to expand both in terms of the numbers of insurers who offer something in this arena and the types of permutations, because no one cyber risk is identical to another.”
