Governor Bruce Rauner vetoed a bill yesterday that would have tightened up the equal pay law in Illinois by prohibiting companies from asking candidates about their salary history. Sara Zorich was interviewed by ABC7 Eyewitness News on why the law was too restrictive on businesses and the factors that can be used to set someone’s salary.
