Brian Tobin

Brian defends employers, insurers and self-insured entities involved in workers' compensation cases and claims. He has successfully handled and resolved hundreds of cases including hearings and appeals before the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation, the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission and various appellate courts in Missouri and Illinois.

Brian is active in civic organizations including Webster Groves Presbyterian Church, St. Louis Metro Singers, Indiana University St. Louis Alumni Association and SAE-IU Alumni Association. He frequently speaks and writes for the National Business Institute and the Missouri Bar on topics related to workers’ compensation law.

Brian is an active cyclist and participates in century rides including the Hilly 100 in Bloomington, Indiana.
