Overview
Scott spent years thinking like a judge. Prior to joining Amundsen Davis, Scott was a clerk for a judge in the Illinois Appellate Court. He experienced first-hand how cases are decided. He knows that a mistake made during trial can be fatal on appeal.
Now Scott defends clients in the transportation industry in personal injury and property loss matters. He always resists the urge to stop at “good enough.” Scott became a lawyer because he strongly believes in the concepts of justice and fairness. He strives to be the advocate that finds the fair and just solution for his clients.
