As a former nurse for 21 years, Brandi offers a unique fusion of medical acumen and legal know-how within our health care, malpractice, insurance defense, tort defense, and premises liability cases. She served many roles including nurse legal analyst, nurse manager, staff nurse, preceptor and mentor, and a safety coordinator in a risk management capacity.
Brandi’s intricate knowledge of the medical industry enables her to identify vital elements within a case as well as coordinate efficiently with other experts. Brandi meticulously reviews medical records, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the legal matter at hand. Her insights into standard healthcare practices and protocols provide a valuable perspective that enhances the overall strength of the defense.
She also serves a pivotal role in our construction and retail cases, utilizing her understanding of safety protocols and risk management. Brandi assists attorneys in developing comprehensive strategies to address issues such as accidents, injuries, and property.
