Overview
Christal focuses her practice on defending employers and business owners in class actions, collective actions, and workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Her experience includes representing a wide range of clients, including state-wide elected officials, health care providers, manufacturers, universities, and food and beverage companies. Christal also has experience defending employers and management against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination.
Christal previously served in the Missouri Attorney General's Office as an Assistant Attorney General. There, she first-chaired multiple trials that resulted in no-liability judgments and successfully defended cases on appeal.
