Overview
Emma has an intellectual curiosity that serves her clients well. A true problem solver, Emma likes to stay one step ahead and research every possible option in order to provide her clients with the best outcome. As a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Service Group, Emma assists organizations of all structures with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tax and corporate governance issues.
Prior to law school Emma worked as an auditor for a global accounting firm, where she assisted with IPO and M&A cases. This experience provided her with first-hand knowledge of financial risks and issues, as well as the challenges that businesses face. She draws on this experience today when advising clients.
