Jennifer Neumann

Jennifer is no stranger to the nuances of insurance defense. Among her many skill sets, she is responsible for gathering and summarizing plaintiff's medical records to identify past and current medical issues and additional health care providers. This vital task helps the firm’s role as defense counsel by limiting the client's liability with respect to those injuries and identifying the same or similar injuries/medical conditions confirmed pre-accident.

Jennifer is also proficient in summarizing IME reports and drafting health care, employment, income tax, worker’s compensation, and social security authorizations. She coordinates directly with health care providers of all disciplines to request and gather records and diagnostic imaging as needed to aid the review of the firm’s medical experts.

Within the court process, Jennifer works with counsel to prepare various documents such as  subpoenas and letters to plaintiff’s counsel.

Her proficiency in analyzing medical records and orchestrating the complexities of the litigation process ensures that the firm’s litigation team is well-equipped to address liability issues effectively.
