Maddie focuses her skills within two primary areas: mergers and acquisitions and lending. In M&A, she is instrumental in organizing transaction documents, preparing and maintaining closing checklists, and handling UCC searches and filings. Her role extends to preparing ancillary documents, reviewing legal descriptions and title commitments for real estate transactions, and meticulously crafting closing books for comprehensive documentation.

In the lending arena, Maddie excels in organizing closing documents, maintaining meticulous checklists, and preparing primary loan documents for both commercial and non-profit lending transactions. Her communication prowess shines as she coordinates with clients, borrowers, and title companies to ensure seamless closings. Maddie's proficiency in reviewing and requesting changes to title commitments, recording relevant documents, and managing security interests showcases her comprehensive approach to lending matters which is greatly appreciated by the firm’s attorneys and clients alike.
