Marie Mickley

Marie’s (She/Her) empathetic nature has proven to be an asset when helping clients resolve their business disputes. She translates complex legal issues into narratives that reflect her clients' stories. As a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Service Group, Marie represents clients facing contract disputes, employment disputes and business litigation.

Prior to law school, Marie studied math, specifically number theory, which taught her proper mental organizational skills and how to discern appropriate next steps. Her background in math has only informed her legal practice, as it allows her to clearly organize legal concepts and client narratives, and understand how each piece of a puzzle should be prioritized and categorized.

Outside the office, Marie often participates in local charity races, including Turkey Trots and the Lucky Leprechaun 7k.
