Overview
Marissa enjoys the challenge of finding the right solutions for her clients. As a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Service Group, she represents clients facing personal and business-related claims. This includes helping employers with contact disputes and employee or policies issues. With a focus on general defense litigation, Marissa’s practice includes employment claims, business tort issues, personal injury claims, insurance issues, and civil and constitutional rights violations.
Drawing from her collegiate experience as a member of the Indiana University Women’s soccer team, Marissa brings a unique blend of discipline and teamwork to her legal practice. Her years as an athlete instilled in her a commitment to excellence and passion for delivering results.
