Max Kavy

Max became a lawyer because of his love of learning. As the son of a contractor, Max understands his construction clients on a personal level, and has an intimate knowledge of the issues they face day in and day out.

As a member of the firm’s Construction Service Group, Max represents clients facing a plethora of issues, ranging from OSHA investigations, to breaches of contract and mechanics liens claims. He also has experience with real estate law and violations of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Max’s goal is always to avoid litigation and find a practical solution to business problems, but when litigation is necessary, Max is a strong advocate for his clients.

Outside of practicing law, Max is a student of history, with a particular interest in English and Russian history. Max is also an avid movie fan and loves discussing film history.
