Overview
Sidney is a natural problem solver. For her it is a privilege to assist her clients in navigating the legal process. Her clients appreciate that she is dependable, detail-oriented, and that she truly cares about the issues they are facing and its impact on their livelihoods.
As a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Service Group she assists both individuals and businesses with their legal needs. She serves a range of businesses, from nonprofits to small family-owned and medium sized companies. With a focus on general business litigation and corporate transactions, Sidney’s practice includes experience in contract disputes, commercial litigation, and assisting in mergers and acquisitions.
