Overview
Steve’s clients appreciate his ability to understand their business and industry, no matter how intricate or complex a matter may be.
For over 26 years, Steve has concentrated his practice in the areas of commercial transactions, commercial real estate, and commercial litigation. He assists his clients using his knowledge of general corporate law, proving essential in negotiating and drafting asset and stock purchase agreements; assisting in mergers and acquisitions of small and medium size companies; and representing lenders and borrowers including public finance.
Prior to joining Amundsen Davis, Steve served as outside general counsel to several businesses in Ohio. This allows him a unique view and understanding of his clients and their specific entrepreneurial needs.
