Stewart J. Mizell

In the ever expanding real estate market, Stewart strives to help clients seize opportunities. He represents entities and individuals in the purchase, development, use and sale of property. He assists with contract negotiations, leasing matters, landlord and tenant issues, and regulatory compliance.

As a first-generation college graduate, Stewart knows first-hand the reward of hard work and dedication. He carries this into his legal practice, as he helps his clients realize the benefits of their hard work as well.

Clients appreciate his honesty and the energy he brings to their projects. Prior to joining Amundsen Davis, Stewart was a commercial real estate attorney for a wireless network development and management company, where he negotiated contracts and lease agreements. In this role he assisted in deploying a first responder network in rural parts of America that were previously unable to call 911. Today, it’s one of his proudest achievements.
