Overview
Having grown up in a small town where attorneys were respected members of the community, Tim knew at an early age that he wanted to be a lawyer. Today he assists clients in transferring their wealth to the next generation in the most tax efficient means available. He also organizes and selects the most advantageous form of operating entities for businesses.
Tim’s primary client base includes individuals in need of estate planning, assistance with estate administration and probate as well as establishing plans which incorporate discounted gifting. He also assists with business succession planning and does general corporate work including shareholder agreements, recapitalizations, and mergers and acquisitions.
