In a recent article by Reason Magazine, they highlight a case involving two online gamers in which Max Goodman and Ryan Jacobson represented the plaintiff in a defamation matter where the defendant encouraged online readers to harass the plaintiff for alleged sexual misconduct. The defendant moved to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, but the plaintiff won showing that the defendant created sufficient minimum contacts with the forum state for the Court to exercise personal jurisdiction over him.
