Lee is an accomplished Certified Public Accountant on the firm’s Tax Service Group, specializing in providing indispensable support to our tax lawyers in navigating the complexities of both corporate and individual tax matters. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of tax regulations, Lee plays a crucial role in developing tax strategies, conducting thorough tax research, and ensuring compliance with state and federal tax laws. His skill sets extend to preparing and reviewing tax returns, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and providing guidance on tax implications of business transactions. Lee's ability to analyze financial records and present clear, actionable advice makes him a valued contributor to meeting our clients’ objectives.
Clients appreciate Lee’s more than 30 years of experience as a controller, CFO and financial analysis functions working for real estate developers and brokerage firms. His background provides him with a valuable perspective relative to preparing financial statements and handling day-to-day operations.
Lee also has experience with Low Income Housing tax credit (LIHTC) projects from concept to completion of the rehabilitation of the apartment complexes. Combined with his auditing background in the banking industry and his vast knowledge of real estate tax strategies, Lee offers clients a wide range of know-how when navigating the nuances of tax implications.
