The plaintiff also alleged that the landlord improperly charged inflated utility fees, and asserted a total of six counts, including two under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act as well as counts for breach of contract, breach of implied warranty, and injunctive relief.

Amundsen Davis secured a defense verdict for a general contractor in a case involving a construction injury accident. Our client was accused of leaving two “angle irons,” two long pieces of metal used to install bricks over an open window, in the garage. The plaintiff alleged that while carrying a piece of drywall, he tripped on the angle irons and sustained an ankle fracture, which led to three surgeries.
